- 4 cups gluten-free oats
- 2 cups nuts
- ¼ cup black sesame seeds
- ¼ cup each, coconut oil, maple syrup and almond butter
- ¾ cup Chai Addict
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup each, pepitas and sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup each, goji berries and dates
- Optional: buckinis, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, puffed millet
Preheat your oven at 175C. Combine oats, nuts & sesame in a bowl.
The Sauce: Heat coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, Chai Addict and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stir until combined then remove from heat. Pour sauce over the nuts and oats and mix well to combine.
Bake it: Spread evenly on a baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally until the grains and nuts are thoroughly toasted. Remove from the oven, stir and cool. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
To serve: Enjoy as a snack, with yoghurt or with poached pears.
